Return Policy

At Vape Vault, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.

We request you to please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.

  • You must contact us within 5 working days of receiving the parcel.
  • The product must be returned in the same packaging as it was delivered to you. If the product is opened, no refund or exchange will be made.
  • If you receive a defected item, or a wrong item you must contact us within 2 working days of receiving it. If you contact us after 2 working days, no refund/exchange will be made.
  • For exchanging a defected/wrong product, you must include your order number, description of the issue, a photo/video of the problem faced.
  • No refund/exchange will be made if the item gets damaged during the shipment back to the company.
  • No refund/exchange will be made if any of the items in the original packing are missing.
  • The cost for the shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Vape Vault will not be liable for any refund or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
